Refund Policy

The Doomsvg marketplace provides intangible products that cannot be changed. This is why it is impossible to return the product after its payment and sending it to the customer. As a customer, you are fully responsible for your purchase decision for any product as offered on our website without any additions or changes.
 
Furthermore, the return of products or services provided by our partners also cannot be made.
 
Taking into account the above-mentioned, the product/service can only be returned under the circumstances specified below:
 
Products:
 
Product description discrepancies: If such a problem occurs, please inform us within 7 days from the date of purchase. You must provide clear proof that the product purchased does not match the description. Before each purchase, you must be sure to review the information about the source files and the software. Return of the product for this reason is considered and decided individually in each case. Claims which are based only on false expectations of the customer are not considered.
 
Product was not delivered: Specifically, you did not receive a letter with the product. This may be due to problems with your or the vendors e-mail. In that case, we advise you to contact us for the required support. All claims related to the delivery of products to our marketplace can be solved in the Billings department. To do so, you must submit your claim in writing within 7 days of ordering. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
 
Product defects: Although all products are tested by the relevant departments of our marketplace, we do not rule out the possibility of any mistakes. If such problems occur, it is necessary to report them directly to the products vendor. You should contact our support team within 72 hours of purchase. In the event that the defect is verified but the vendor is unable to correct it within 72 hours of the original complaint, a full refund will be made without any compensation or an alternative solution will be offered (product replacement or shop credit). Please note that our specialists may need access to your server to identify and solve possible problems with our products. If access to the server is denied, your refund request may be denied.
 
Services:
 
Service description discrepancies: Such requests must be submitted within 7 days from the completion date of the project. Full confirmations and detailed information must be provided to confirm that the service provided does not correspond to its description.
 
Non-service rendering: The service is cancelled at the customer’s request before starting work on the project.
 
Service delay: The service may not be delivered on time due to certain difficulties on the part of the service provider. Please note that the project work will start after the customer has provided all the data required for the service, such as project specifications, access, and etc. If this information is not provided on time, a refund request may be rejected.
 
In the case of complex projects that consist of several stages, a partial refund may be granted, which covers the prices of stages that have not been completed.
 
Please note that we do not accept any responsibility and therefore do not accept requests for return/exchange of our products that are not compatible with third party applications (such as plugins, add-ons, search engines, extensions, etc.) other than those mentioned in the description of our additional products. Furthermore, Doomsvg does not provide third-party program support or full compatibility with any third-party software.
